“Thematic Repertory and Dynamic Materia Medica” is a research tool on what is not listed in the repertories. It is the synthetic conclusion of the key themes which through a good anamnesis we can deduce from the histories of our patients.
The themes frequently act as a guide to the medication which covers the “guiding path”, as Paschero used to say, to the bio-pathography understood along the lines of Professor Masi Elizalde's miasmatic dynamics. We shall illustrate its use through the summaries of a few clinical cases.
